Francisco Carreño holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide and has operated FCG Health Solutions LLC as an independent consultancy since 2004. His clinical work spans corporate wellness, longevity medicine, metabolic health, and evidence-based nutrition — serving individual clients, medical practices, and corporate accounts across two decades and two languages.
